Dear Florence, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Our home delivery is a great convenience and typically will arrive within 2 -5 days of your order. We also offer an optional NRO (Never Run Out) optional delivery service, which ensures you'll never run out of product. Besides saving 5%, you set up the schedule that works for you between 14 and 120 days. You can change, delay or cancel your delivery with no penalties. We appreciate your business. Dear Lois, Thank you taking the time to provide feedback.Our quick delivery is usually within 2 - 5 business days, however, some customers see next day delivery. The home delivery is a great convenience, no more big bulky packages in your grocery cart, hauling to the car and then into the house. A few manufacturers still have branding on boxes for personnel in warehouses they are easier to identify. We've expressed your same sentiments to those manufacturers, in hopes they will rethink the printing on the box. Lynn Wilson, Founder

Dear Frank, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We carry 10 times more selection of incontinence products than even the big box stores. If you call before 2:00pm CST product ships the same day. 85% of deliveries occur within 1-5 days, never more than 5. And if you ever have a question, we're just a phone call away (we try and answer all calls by the third ring). The reason we sell by the case rather than the package is due to the cost of shipping a package versus a case. Most people who take advantage of our convenient automatically scheduled delivery service, Never Run Out, have a delivery every 30 days on average - that's about 3 products a day. In addition to the added convenience, you can save $8.00 off your first Never Run Out order and 5% on all subsequent orders. Plus, there is nothing to join or sign up for.
