I purchased Career Evolved's second program, Career Elevation. I needed to elevate my executive presence and mentality to learn how to negotiate and attract high level C-suites to take my call and earn my business. I was blown away by everything I didn't know and was able to fill the gaps missing in my own identity, and how it was hurting my company and brand. Ryan Meinberg was my coach, and to say he went above and beyond was an understatement. He not only transformed my leadership, but restructured my entire P and L to put me on pace for a record year in my 15 year company tenure. It's also important to note, the program works emphatically for those who give 100% effort. The company's integrity and commitment to their clients is unmatched, and I would refer career evolved and career elevation to every high achieving leader I connect with.

I was looking to level up my career and came across Career Evolved. The coaches are top notch and I was able to work very closely with my personal coach 1-on-1 to make sure I was focusing on the important parts of the process. By the time I was done with the program I had 3 VP offers from different companies in the HVAC industry with a truly phenomenal comp plan. I definitely recommend the program, just be ready to put in the work the get the results!!!

The CareerEvolved program was transformational at a time in my life when I so very much needed it. After leaving an executive role late last year, I had a runway to find my next opportunity, but my numerous applications and follow-ups had not worked. My networking attempts were getting me meetings, but not outcomes. My confidence was down. Olivia and her team taught me not only the steps to take to locate several new opportunities/offers and increase my compensation, but also restored my confidence/mindset, and guided me in a tried-and-true method to build my own local network and broader community through the CareerEvolved executive network. If you want a quick fix, this program is not for you. This is a program for committed, positive-minded individuals who want to put in the work, believe in the process, and see a payoff that makes it more than worthwhile. They've taught me so much about how to show up and how to give back to my connections. In addition, I applaud them for opening my eyes to broader horizons where I can see so many potential pathways forward in my career that it feels like a world of opportunity. I've been in other executive coaching programs over the years, but when I compare them to CE, I find the other programs dwell more in the negative and how to overcome, rather than creating true abundance like Olivia and her team. CareerEvolved is a lifestyle. And if that seems too philosophical for you, let's put it this way - I continue to receive job offers ongoing from my efforts during the program. This is a group committed to continuously learning and leveling up.

This is a great community. A model that works if you work it. The strategies are built to help you uncover the best version of yourself and use that clarity to land the offers you truly deserve. The coaches are incredibly insightful (Inga is amazing!), and the CE community is full of talented professionals who not only inspire, but also show up, share generously, and support each other without hesitation.

Career Evolved is not a serious company. I logged in to a scheduled Zoom meeting with the company. The first red flag was the VP's camera was off. Second, they told me they did not have my linkedin profile after I had sent it to them 3-4 days earlier. Third, after about 30 seconds our zoom meeting crashed ( full disclosure: I read that zoom had an issue yesterday all around the US and so I was not totally surprised it crashed ). I logged back in and waited for 15-20 minutes but no one showed up. Again, technology problems happen. I expected to receive an email that apologized for the technology snafu and perhaps a request for a rescheduled meeting. That never happened and as of 45 minute after our scheduled meeting, I have not heard back from this company. A serious company that was invested in clients, potential clients, or staff would never let this happen. They would immediately reach out to reschedule if there was an issue or if they were disconnected from clients. This is a fake company. Do not waste your valuable time with a company that lacks professionalism.
