This company is a joke. I have yet to read one good review. These guys reached out to me when I had some teeth pulled and a partial made. They called me offering their 0% interest payments which I did with the condition that my payments were set up automatically to pull out the right amount to have my bill payed off in the time frame. Which the representative said she could do and did do. More than half of the term of the lone later , I decide to look at my bill statement and realize that i'm being charged the minimum payment. They are deceptive and dont do what they say they are going to. And I have to go to my bank to get them removed because they're tied directly to my back account not just my debt checking line. Do not do business with this place. And all of us who've been ripped off ned to get a class action lawsuit going...

I'm writing this as a PROVIDER. These guys messed up a patient transaction. I'm located in Encinitas. They made the transaction for a location in Los Angeles and they didn't even give me my funds. I dont want to continue working with them. It isn't clients that are bothered-- providers also don't like em.

Do not do business with Care Credit because they are nothing more than a loan shark. I dealt in good faith and they are not even open to negotiating a fair and equitable way of repaying just added horrendous interest charges. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Worse experience ever ! Do not use these guys because you will be ripped off! I signed up through my dental office for invasline to pay off because they recommended them for the 0% interest. But it’s a trap! The second you enroll with these guys they hit you with card insurance for 1.6 of what you owe. Like seriously? I never missed a payment and I dumbly set up auto pay not checking it bc I was like it’ll be payed soon. I was very stupid to not check in because to my horror 1000 of my dollars went to some insurance for a card I don’t even use! I am beyond pissed. I’m working and hoping to get my money back.

Beware of hidden fees and credit reduction with just cause and notification!!!!

They charged me an extra 10 bucks for some card security, then somehow my payment was late and that’s a 30 dollar fee. I finally settled everything and went to make my due payment and they charged me literally my whole bill. Idk how a 67 dollar payment became a 671 dollar payment. I called to dispute and they said I had to wait 10 days. But I’m actually looking at the statements and it’s supposed to be interest free for a year and they’ve been charging interest to me. How can a late payment be more than my minimum payment?

Worst credit card ever!! Never use this card. They are scumbags that take advantage of someone and do not care you pay more than the minimum payment each month to turn around and charge you $81. Interest charge. When I called these POS they basically told me this is what I signed up for. Well I'll make it my mission to tell the world how sorry you are. It should be illegal what they get away with.

AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. If you are thinking about opening a CareCredit account, READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. I wish I did !!! DO NOT OPEN A CARECREDIT CARD. This has been one of the most frustrating financial experiences I have ever had. After I PAID OFF MY ENTIRE BALANCE (which was increasing 35% + every month) I received another $76 interest charge afterward. And when you try to fight it, you discover it's impossible to get any support. What I thought was simply a way to finance a bill turned into a constant cycle of charges, confusion, and frustration. Once you're in, it feels like there is always another fee, another charge, another obstacle. I am sharing this because I wish someone had warned me before I opened the account. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS. DO YOUR RESEARCH. For me, the lesson is very clear: NEVER. AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM CARECREDIT.
