Can only pay with your bank's routing and account info. Can't use my HSA (nor a debit or credit card).

I do not recommend CareCredit. I was making my payments on time, and I was even paying more than what was due. I had got my balance down to $700. I looked at my account one day. They had attached a $425 interest fee so run as far as you can from CareCredit. Read the small print carefully

I’ve had a CareCredit credit card for 10+ years and my account was recently closed with no notice. I only found out after reviewing a credit report. But I haven’t seen another credit card with rates as high as CareCredit so it was only for emergencies anyway.

, I called to clarify why this amount was not going down and why I was about to be charged a 30% interest rate… I was told any payments that I make towards my credit card have allocated amounts going to the different purchases, roughly $30 of each payment I made only went to the first transaction, so of course, that total was not going down at all! And the other two transactions we’re getting the majority of my payments. So talking to the associate who was of no help force in rectifying the situation I said I would pretty much have to pay off the entire card which was $4000 of debt used towards my dogs life in order to have no interest on the first transaction that would expire in six months for the promotional balance. And she was rude about saying yes, pretty much that’s what would have to happen. This card is misleading with their promotional balance and terms. I was under the impression that the first transaction would get paid off and then the other two would follow. I had no indication of an allocated payment towards the transactions, and it wasn’t explained to me prior to making the transaction. After I pay off this enormous debt… At least I still have my dog… I have no intention of using this card again since they are liars, and they know exactly how to get interest money from clients by being misleading with promotional terms

I was told that I have 290.00 on gift cards in which I had asked for Walmart cards. I received them in the mail .. 2/100 and 4/10 did not receive my 50.00 I had called and they said they were going to speak to the vendor on resolving this also gave me a case # I received a call and VM to call in which I did I pushed every number on my phone to finally get through THEN the audio was horrible I could not understand a word not just the audio but the person on the other side I spoke to 6 people and also gave the same number that the VM told me to call and NOT one person helped me I was very pissed also with the AUDIO. So now I was told to wait and someone will call you. My issue is that I had paid around close to if not more10.0000 in CARE CREDIT for dental and to receive this type of customer service really opened my eyes up

I would give it zero stars if that were an option. They prey on the desperate. I used care credit to pay a vet bill for my pet's end of life care. The monthly interest fee is double my monthly minimum payment, so the payment increases by $30 each month with no way out. Avoid them at all costs.

Worst customer service, use anything else if you can.

Terrible customer service. If I were you guys I would be leery of these people try to get you a line of credit from another company no matter what don't settle for this one. They must do better. Try to get a statement sent talk to three different people I could not get it sent through an email, if I were someone else and I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about they would have done it. Keep telling me sorry recording me like this is going to make a difference no one was helpful explain to her I did not receive the last statement. I wanna know why this was not the first time I have called this company but steel kept saying sorry she couldn't send it trying to save face she didn't want to send it , so if I were you do not get a care credit card and never JUST go to another company get you a better option interest rates are too high and poor customer service And you better pay it off before the promotional period ends. They would not give you any extended time they did not care they do not want to help please go to another company and not care credit symphony, bank, terrible service.
