This company is a scam and should be investigated. The way they do things is unprofessional and possibly illegal. After being with them for three years, they cut our credit line in half, due to a review and claimed high credit usage! Uuuhhh,..our dog had an issue and she was seen for follow ups, due to the condition. Duh!! Yet, if you don’t use it, they close your account. I will be filing a complaint against them with my state’s attorney general’s office.

This company is a total scam . Beware that they don’t apply your payments to the oldest promotion so they charge you high interest on them at the end . I only figured it out when I was making payments for the expiring promotions to avoid interest and they applied it to the overall balance and than when I called them they said I have to specifically tell them to apply it to the expiring promotion. I haven’t used the card at all in months and paid it off last week. Today there is a charge of 27 dollars for interest.

I've had CareCredit for many years and it has been great until Recently. My account was closed based on a "review"....which ultimately means, a portion of deferred interest was not paid in full by their due date, so now I'm looked upon as not likely to pay account at all. That is RIDICULOUS! Payments on my end have always been paid on time, and I have always exceeded the minimum due per month. There was no communication prior to closing the account, and I believe that is absolutely unprofessional of them. AND of course, "there's nothing they can do now". This all definitely left a very sour taste in my mouth.... I will never recommend this card to anyone I know. It's not worth the headache.

Terible Company They Closed My Account Just For A Failed Payment i Had With No Notice or Email Stay Away Horible Company they will distroyed your credit Filled Dispute them With Your Credit Reporting Agency and Delete them From your Credit if you cant pay them

Looks like this company is going out of business and destroying people's credit scores along the way. DO NOT USE them. They closed my account then blocked me from signing into my account and then I received a negative credit score as a result of this. I never missed a payment and they closed my account for no reason.

This company is under investigation, i complained and will continue to do so, ive call news stations to report them and i will not stop until they are bancrupt for how they prey on peopl. we got a $12k limit and fully expecting to keep using the card for my dental treatment we were shcoked to expereience not 1 but to reductions in credit, with zero missed or late payments and a great credit score. they destroyed my husbands credit because they kept reducing my limit to make it appear as though i was maxed out when i started with $12k line of credit once it paid down 3800 they reduce me to $8k showing my dti really high then they redcied me again to $6k and their excuse was I wasnt using it, No a55h0les you didnt give me a chance to. Carecredit is really good at being predatory lenders, so they need to be shut down!

This is the worst credit card company I have ever worked with. You will be saving yourself a HUGH headache by going elseware!

I've had my card for 20 years. I finally went and cashed in my points for a $200 Home Depot Card..but it never arrived. I checked the site and my points were still there..so I decided to let them ride a little longer and next time call and cash out over the phone. I checked recently and I no longer had over 20,000 points..I only had 7,642. I called them and they tried to tell me I had only had my card for 5 years..what a joke. I asked that they reinstate my points and let me cash them out as a long time customer service..but of course..they refused. Shameful that they cancel your points without telling you or reminding you to cash out before they do it. I recommend that you get another card that has a 6 month pay off and never cancels points.
