I went to get a tooth extraction from Ashley Dental. They didn't pull the tooth but gave me a Follow-up appointment and had me sign up for more work to be preformed covered by Care Credit. Care Credit does not have a grace period. For payments due on the 25th, I paid on the 26th and have been charged a Late Fee $41.00, 5 times, $205.00. I would avoid using them at all costs. Had I known this, I would have used a Credit card which I have room on any of them. If you don't, I'm sure your Card Company will increase your limit for an emergency.

It was doing fine. I paid off all my debts as of July 2024. My CareCredir balance was 0 and I paid off my Car Repair Credit. They took my almost 1400 payment but closed my Care Credit cause of "too high credit amounts" (my 2 capital one cards that ive been paying for about 2 years) and "credit is too new" well no crap the care credit only a year old! They were all paid off my credit score is now 740 but I can't reapply. They took my $1395 payment but closed my account and they say they can't tell me why?! Yes you can you made this account I paid you. Tell me! AND I find out while at the vet trying to pay for a visit to find out my account was closed even tho all balances were paid and at 0. Literally SCREW this company. I'm broke and can't leave the vet till I pay.

9/8/24 I live chatted with a CS agent requesting Jan-Dec 23 Care Credit stmts. She told me that I would see them via email in 24-48 hours. 9/12/24, I live chatted again because I still had not received. CS agent told me that they went USPS and I should see them in 2-3 weeks. I need them ASAP for taxes. Agent today said to call the phone #, they will fax now. Phone agent today told me NO. I asked for Supervisor and she told me her transfer button on her phone was broken. Really? ZERO star review.

Had 0% interest for 24 months until they revoked it without telling me. Horrible and lying customer support people. Can’t wait till fraud charges bankrupt this scam.

I had a few payments that have 0% promotions with the remaining timeframe of 6-11 months, depending on the charge. Out of the blue, they just take the $2700 balance out of my account with no authorization. When I ask for a refund, they tell me I’ll get the refunded check by mail in 15 days. Not to mention refunding my already made payments in the system and moving them around without any specific visibility anywhere on our end. Everything about that situation feels off.

If I could give negative stars I could, the more you pay they more they decrease your available credit and increase your payment due out of no where 🤯 my min payment was $45 and I was paying $60 every month out of no where they decided I needed to pay $67, no missed payments I have always paid more and since I had them on auto pay I did not see that they increase the minimum payment, the $60 I have been paying for over a year was paid way before the due date and they started emailing me saying I was past due!!! And charged me a late fee!!!! How is it possible !!! Super shady and they do everything they can to make it increasingly difficult to pay off and mess up your credit . Stay far way !!!

Doesn't seem like a good credit card to have...when you apply, they want you to send a video of yourself and a picture of your driver's license. How is that safe to be sending over the internet??
