Truly a nightmare! Stay FAR AWAY from this company and ANY of its affiliates. Care Credit, Synchrony and ANY COMPANY that backs them should be an immediately A RED FLAG. Hidden fees, dishonest customer service, and an unreliable platform/website. The list goes on and on. Do not give this company your business or information. I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Horrible people! I missed my 12 month financing by $147 and they charged me the full interest from the beginning- a whopping $669 charge- on my 13th month’s bill. I only had $147 left! Bastards. I was expecting to pay interest on the $147, not $2300 original charge. Completely unwilling to work with you too. I would have been better off with a regular credit card.

This credit card is a complete joke!! I charged an emergency vet bill, have paid triple the minimum on time every month and they've continued to lower my credit limit, which increased my credit usage which has now lowered my score 40 points!! I will NEVER use this card again, nor recommend to anyone!! I should've just charged a regular credit card instead of messing with this place!! They obviously know what they're doing when screwing with our credit reports and it makes Mr want to just not pay off the balance. Wonder if my score would go lower by much just letting it go into default.....I don't wanna give it any stars but have to give it at least one star, which is too kind.....

This company is horrible. Their customer service department does not listen to you and in fact if you attempt to explain something to them they hang up on you. I am not delinquent on my payments, but it bothers me that they decide how to distribute the payment among my different promotions. I wish I could say something positive, but I cannot. I would give them a zero if I could.

Garbage everything, STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT ENDLESS DEBT

This Place is a Joke only credit card place that REFUSES to waive a ONE time late fee as I am human made mistake paid 2 days later and this Joke credit card REFUSED. DONT RECOMMEND!

They were no help at all. I have been a loyal customer for over 10+ years and have always made my payment on time, last month was the first one that I have ever missed and it was a bank error. I made a payment as soon as I saw it didn't go through, I made a payment for more then what was requested. After being a loyal customer you guys take my credit limit down from having 7000$ all the way to $600?? They don't treat their loyal customers great at all. I had a fertility appointment to try to have a baby this week and that cannot be accomplished now because of the hold they put on the card for 1 missed payment and because they took my credit limit all the way down to $600 when I thought I had more. They said they let me know via email but never sent any physical letter to let me know this?? I never got the email, it probably went to spam. It took me 6 months to get that appointment and now I have to cancel it with a penalty charge of $150. you guys are terrible!!

This company ruined my credit score by cancelling my card due to inactivity. They did not notify me that they would close it or were going to close it due to inactivity they just closed it! They did nothing to rectify the damage the did to my score, they just offered me a new application, that would be based of my new score, lol. I will never do business with a corporation with no regard to the customer and ethics! So I won't be using Synchrony Bank credit cards anymore and I will definitely never apply for a Care Credit card ever again.
