Everything was perfect and would have given 5 stars if dentist had not been remote on my first visit. Otherwise no hidden fees and excellent cleaning and service!

Was in for Part 2 of periodontal work. Anais was gentle, understood my nerves and gently accomplished our goal. She made me feel comfortable. I am so glad I made the choice to join Wally!

Very clean and nice space. Everyone was so kind and made me feel comfortable. Hygienist was exceptional, understanding, and very skilled.

I visited the 249 Church St. location for my retainer service. The lady placed buttons on my 8 teeth. One button came off the next day. I want to get it fixed right away. They're telling me to wait midway thru care. That's not acceptable service. Also, I was told to get a cleaning every month. The online schedule doesn't allow you schedule multiple appointments. I'm on a virtual messenger with Karina. She hasn't helped with my dilemma. I'm paying for services that I can't obtain. This is very disappointing. There's no actual person to speak with. Only text messages that aren't helpful. This is my 1st time trying Wally services. I expected a better customer service experience. I feel like no one is helping me to resolve my issues.

I had recently signed up for dental / cleaning services at Wallys NYC, and was very pleasantly surprised. What might have initially seemed as ‘too good to be true’ proved to be true indeed - their service is excellent, prices affordable, there are no hidden charges, and the staff is experienced, kind and courteous, so the entire experience was effortless. It takes a little bit of getting used to communicating via texts only when scheduling, but in the end it proved to be very efficient and easy. I warmly recommend their services. My experience was at their Upper East Side office, and my interaction was with Holly, Catarina, Magda and Adrianne and I give my sincere praise to all of them for their professionally, efficiency, snd kindness.
