Carebox had already billed my bank card but has not sent my subscription 8 days later. Please do not waste your time. I got 2-3 emails each day but no GLP-1. If they are out of medication, then Carebox needs to be transparent. My welcome said that medication would arrive within 5 days. I’m still waiting. I don’t have time to waste. I’m getting myself together. If you are on a similar journey, then you may want to avoid this vendor!

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must be to be waiting for your medication, especially after being provided an expected delivery timeframe. We take concerns around medication and shipping timelines very seriously, and this is not the experience we want for our patients. We’d like the opportunity to look into this immediately and understand what happened with your order. We’ve reached out to request additional information so we can identify your account and investigate the status of your medication. Once we’re able to locate your account, we’ll work to get you a clear update and address any issues as quickly as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you ever need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at (833) 278-1062—we’re always here to help! -CareBox Team

I was very skeptical at first, unsure, but I am pleasantly surprised how attentive and informative my coach and the online support, the emails checking in on me has really eased my mind completely. I did receive my medication one week ago, first dose no problems, hope it stays that way.

So far this provider is on the ball. Ever since I have had a poor experience with other providers, Carebox has been very attentive. Their customer service is amazing and I look forward to continuing my meditation with Carebox.
