They required me to accept policies that I didn't agree with to access use of their site. They did so after charging my credit card and wouldn't issue a refund.

What has made my investment in "Care" is its security. and community communication. I believe the site is diligent with its screening, of the validity of jobs offered by businesses and private parties. Also the discounts given through "Care" on multiple items is a plus. Thanks for that!. As I stated, a good investment.

I’ve been a member of the Care com Unity for years. I recommend it to friends both looking for care positions or looking for care for their children, pets, or homes. I appreciate the background checks on all participants, diversity of positions and flexibility in filtering while searching, and the fact that Care works to protect everyone’s safety.

I was in a career transition and decided to post on Care.com to see what kind of response I got. I was impressed with the response rate to my profile and continue to use it regularly. Seamless and efficient, I would definitely recommend getting on this site if you’re looking for a range of roles.

Best app ever

I thought this was a professional company and would be a great way to earn extra money. I was sadly mistaken. I really wish I would have read the thousands of 1 star reviews first. There’s a reason they are a 1 star company. 1. Anyone can message you through the app. Someone tried to obtain my personal info the 2nd day of my membership. Super sketch. 2. You can message about a job, but they can’t respond back unless they have purchased a membership. Pointless. 3. You’re required to pay $25 for a background check, yet people posting jobs are not verified, have no photo, and very minimal information. Again, Super sketch. 4. The few jobs that are listed show 87 days old, 152 days old, and so on. Nothing is current. Update much? 5. The app sucks. There is no support for setting up your profile, searching for jobs, applying for jobs, no tutorial videos, customer service #’s, nada. It’s pretty ridiculous. 6. The biggest time and money waster I’ve experienced in quite some time. 7. Research and read reviews to avoid this type of nonsense!

I found someone to help me clean the house in 2 days and she set up the appointment for the next day. Marlene was efficient and did a great job. I would highly recommend her.

I've used care.com for many years and I am grateful for a place to connect with those in need of care. Having a profile allows you to have your qualifications, background check and reviews all in one designated space.
