I paid the membership fee and been on the site over a week. There are no service providers who are available or will return a message. Very disappointed in the service thus far.

I paid for this service a few times before. It is very pricey. I tried contacting 8 nannies and only 2 responded, the rest have not even check their messages. Care does not provide a phone number so I can reach the nannies. I don't think I will be using this service again.

I found our wonderful nanny on care.com. Unfortunately she's moving so I am looking again and finding the same problem I've had in the past. Lots of people respond, make all kinds of promises and then cancel at the last minute or just don't show. I don't know if it is the kind of job applicants the site attracts, the nature of on line applicants or a sign of the times but I've found the lack of reliability very difficult.
