I just noticed some of the caregiving jobs posted are already have 46 applicants but the posting is still active! Care.com notify me of new job listing and when I checked it out the family needs caregiver the following day.! This is so ghost posting! And I already applied 20 jobs and non of them replied to my application. I don’t understand how am I being ignored I have 7 years experience doing caregiving.

Been on there for 3 months and have gotten nothing. Very qualified, for caregiving and housekeeping. I am paying 25 roughly a month and no calls.Really. Ready to close account.

I used this website for several years prior to 2023. I went back in 2026 and now this site is only available as an APP? Are they kidding themselves? There is so much writing and communication I can't believe they did this both to Nannies and to Families. It's so much more efficient to write on a computer than to use an app. If the app were available for PC/Mac that would be another story, but it's only available for a phone. How is this possible. What a terrible decision. Really bad move.

I received multiple candidates and selected the one best for our situation. After multiple interviews of qualified applicants, we met Ashante, and she was hired on the spot. Our animals liked her, my disabled brother liked her, and I felt comfortable with her. She kept me updated on the home events daily. Professional, pleasant, and a kind spirit.
