Not as big of a pool of people as I would have thought. When I search for specific criteria, other people come up that don't match. For example I chose an age group, and a rate of 10-15 but candidates in their teens came up as well as people seeking $15-20/hr. I did find a few people worthy of moving forward with so far so that's good and ultimately my only goal.

Thanks for the feedback Hattie and we apologize for any confusion. The search criteria of $10-$15/hr will bring up anyone that has the rates of $10-$15/hr as their minimum/maximum so someone with a minimum of $15 will show in that search criteria. We are glad that you were able to find a few people that you would like to move forward with and hope it goes well with them!
