I'm a single father with 3 boys. I used your service to find my first nanny. She was with us for a year and half before excepting a educational opportunity with OSU honor business program. I used some care givers recommended by friends and family for the past year and 3 months. I found I worked harder taking care of the care giver and worried about my business schedule all the time. I recently hired two very qualified care givers within 7 days. I had 14-20 responses within 4 days. I interviewed 10-12 candidates with in the 7 days and found at least 6 people I considered bring back. All care givers were qualified and made it tough to choose just 2. I give Care.com a 5 star rating.

Easy to use, great babysitters and nannies and found our nanny for 2 daughters! Great product experience and lots of great candidates!

The speed of exchange of communication between the parties is VERY VERY slow. Also, i noticed, a tremendous time gap from when someone writes / post a message and the time we actually we receive a notification on our regular email...

I have been very pleased with the amount of applicants that we have received. The quality has been generally high as well. I would recommend this service to anyone!
