A complete scam!! I've sent 10+ messages to dogwalkers but got ZERO replies so far. I've also replied to a couple of those generic messages sent to me but non of the senders got back to me..

It's really the worst experience ever! My husband signed up for one month in January and it is automatically billed without telling you anything! I've been charged US39.9 every month for 2.5 years!! No notification, no invoice and no phone number to contact them. Horrible experience and i contacted the customer service, they only redund us one month back even we haven't used any of the service! Horrible!!!!

They are quick to take your money for a service they don't give.. They ripped you off. I was disconnected from my account for no reason and I can't even contact them.. Most of the people they offer are fony ones.. Be careful.

The elder care helper we got from Care .com was arrested last week for stealing almost $15,000 from my 90-year-old mother's bank accounts. When I contacted Care .com they said they were sending this to their "Safety Group", but that was a week ago and we haven't heard a peep from them since. So it appears the only thing behind their curtain is typing bots.

It's a racket. I signed up for one month in January and got invoiced for one month. I now see 8 months down, I've been charged £45 every month for 8 months!! No notification, no invoice and no phone number to contact them. Horrible experience.

Do not buy their service! I paid the Care.com to have a tutor. BUT after 72 hours, there was no reply from the person I contacted. The Care.com asked me to find someone else but there is no comparable person in my area. DO NOT trust their listed people to be hire because there might not be a person you saw.
