Totally agree with all review I ha e reD. It worked, they took my money. NOW I can't log on. I tried their 877number at the bottom of the page and got the recording I got on their alleged brick and mortar number in MA. I am calling my credit card to see if they have a number. And to make sure it's not renewed next year.

I cancelled our care.com membership with a customer service rep two years ago after getting caught by the automatic renewal / no refund policy. I was very surprised to be charged again this year. I am exceedingly disappointed because I contacted care.com as soon as the charge was made. No attempt was made to investigate or remediate by the CSR.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with online or bricks and mortar, there's no customer service none of their listed people are background checked. Just people that sign up to rip you off and care.com does not care at all

Total rip-off. Unreliable people, no shows, and no refunds. Took my 150$ and after poor performance of site I down graded my account. The site said that I can still have access for the yearly term and they won’t charge me again. Couple months later the app doesn’t work. Basically they took the money and shut me down. Received absolutely nothing. I’m not even sure they are real. Beware of scam.

I'm so glad there are people out there that leave reviews. I posted a pet sitter request and received 2 "applicants", but as many others have noted I had to upgrade my account (meaning pay) to even see the applicants. Not sure they are even real! Beware of this scam!

I tried to find a local cleaner, so I subscribed to their membership for one month to have a go. However, I found this membership nothing but useless, only few real active people there, and nobody would reply to your info/email, no matter you have the membership or not. I guess they just simply CAN'T read your message if they are not a member. I abandoned the web three days after becoming a member, and I checked that my membership is one month ONLY. Apparently, it's an automatic charge and to downgrade your membership is tricky. It was designed not to allow you to end it easily. I overlooked the payment three months later, and it was £29/month for nothing (not even not login into the account). Absolutely scam web. AVOID

Total waste of time. I have tried this site a couple of times. Most people do not reply and the one or two that did never showed.
