One of the people that they cleared for their site stole money from me and Care.com, despite a large annual fee is doing NOTHING to help resolve this situation, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! Please, please please look elsewhere they are nothing but scammers taking our money and not doing anything real to help their customers. I would be batter off checking with the local Craig’s List website, at least that’s free!!!

Cant find anyone that actually matches the requirements of my full-time nanny offer after spending money to even interact with the nannies that message you. Membership is hard to downgrade and the membership renewal fees creeps up on you when you forgot about the site. NO REFUNDS even when you never use them! customer service is hard to reach.

None of the people with amazing reviews that they list as "active" actually have availibility. The few who do are available for a reason. They are completely flakey, take up your time, then no-show. Several housekeepers who responded to my ad were definitely not legally in the country, so how exactly does care run a background?

I have been charged 3 quarters in a roll. I tried to cancel them but can't find a right number to call. I tried to cancel via email. could not reach the right place.. I disputed the transactions with my bank and they refused it. someone needs to shut this place down. This is horrible.

Care.com charged me up front for a whole year when advertised to charged monthly. They refuse to give me my refund and they also deleted my account. This is a janky company and the customer service sucks.
