Their representative never replied to my specific communication beyond form letters and offered no other options when informed that the only one sent was far away from our needed area. Moreover, their only “personal” email was about what information I could give them to close their file-not one word of interest in what they can give me and hadn’t provided me for some time as the customer! Lastly, the company kept repeatedly calling me with disengaged robotic representatives who offered no information when I told them I had been requesting other locations.

Why would anyone need a subscription to try and hire people? Just another money grab to pray on families who need help with seniors. Take a percentage out of those who are contracted through the site. I don't even know for sure if any of the potential hires will work but to charge me to even correspond with them is extortive.

Almost 3 weeks into my subscription and several applications..." no one has seen my profile. I emailed them twice in last week with zero response. (They say response is typically 48hrs) Don't waste your money. There are plenty of free ways to advertise yourself.

I have now asked this company three times if I am still going to be billed. They have confirmed my subscription cancelling- a subscription I am still in awe regarding how I applied- it was very clear that it was a one time monthly payment. As Danish law states very clearly, that the type of service a company is offering- HAS to be clear and on the same page as the offer, they are, in my opinion, breaking the law. I do not know what the law is in other countries, but if you are from Denmark and have a complaint. You are welcome to contact me.

We had Debra L. take care of my husband which had dementia. She came 3 days a week for approx. 5 hours a day. This lady is so trust worthy, kind, even ask how I was doing or could she do anything for me. My husband enjoyed her visiting him and making sure all his needs were met. Having Dementia, he was a difficult patient, but Debra handled it with expertise. I would recommend her to anyone. She is a number one care giver in my opinion. Call her today!

I paid for a background and driving record. They charged me twice. Have sent 4 emails. Took forever to get back to me and when they did they stated"We do not give refunds" I don't want a refund. I want the extra payment you took from me. I will be going to the Attorney General if they did it to me they have surely done it to many others.

I paid for premium membership and was able to contact one cleaner - who did not turn up to clean. Could not use membership to contact others - message saying I had to upgrade to premium! This is a terrible service. If you are foolish enough to take out a premium membership make sure it is only for a month- other wise theywill charge for every month.

Robbery. Thought I was paying 1 month they end up charging me for months You can’t delete your cc from the account as well.
