Website is HORRIFIC. They also get all your information and then prohibit you from logging in! Then they have ZERO customer service to help you log in. It's an INSANE cycle!!!!! Take my personal info off your garbage site or I will call a lawyer!

I've tried several times to recover my password and though I introduced several times my both e-mails I received no answer. Besides, there is no way the company can be contacted. Meanwhile, the company keeps charging me 70€ per month for several months for a service I only used once.

This company is stealing money
This company is stealing money They signed me up for premium membership and have been stealing $45 a month even after I discovered it and cancelled this. They took it on a different day the following month. There is no way of contacting them after you cancel your membership either, which I did. I have to cancel my card to stop them stealing money from me. Utter scammer.

I am not happy with this company. I should have stopped when I realized that it would not even let me explore the website to see if I was interested unless I paid money. Once I paid, I realized that it didn't have anything good that suited me but I was already out 20 dollars. Then when one person reached out, Care.com said that they removed that person. I thought the people I reached out to were checked, but it seems I'm open to being scammed which is concerning. I also could not find a way to unenroll or opt out of being charged again like most websites have. I am incredibly disappointed in this company and this experience.

Unauthorised charges made to credit card
Applied for a one-month membership and found from my credit card statement that this had been set up as a recurring charge. They have refused to give a refund and am now having to pursue via my credit card company.

Theives . Don't join their membership
I cannot gain access to my account unless I pay them 20$ for a background check. I've had a membership that was suppose to take care of everything (like background checks), I signed up awhile ago. Now I've been trying to cancel for the past month, but I cannot access my account unless I PAY THEM 20$ MORE. And they just took money from me TWICE, YES TWICE. On the 2nd and the 12th of this month. This has to be illegal, I didn't sign up for this

Absolutely horrible company
Absolutely horrible company. I cancelled my membership and then realized much later that I was still being charged. I reached out to customer support and was told I had re-signed up in October. I had no confirmation email or record of this anywhere, (but did have confirmation of cancelling my membership) so they literally could’ve made up anything. They refused to refund me. I even asked to make a complaint or dispute the charges. I got an email from a “supervisor” telling me I wasn’t eligible for that. This company is a scam. I’ll now be going through my bank to dispute the charges. Also, I really hope they don’t respond with a “please reach out for us to assist you” message because I’ve been reaching out and their customer service is a JOKE. Waste of time. Waste of money. I will make sure no one I know uses this site.

I called and cancel care.com and 2…
I called and cancel care.com and 2 weeks later they charge me again when they promise to take me off and never charge. What a scam off a company. I currently working with my credit card to reverse the charges
