I really liked the feature of video call to schedule an interview. I liked the prompts of questions to answer to make sure I gave enough information to potential sitters. I liked that I could select things that were important to me like CPR certified and having own transportation. I enjoyed using the app on my phone which I found easy to use and convenient.

I appreciate having the contact for several care givers and being able to interview caregiver before hiring

Posting was quick, and we were able to find a nanny who perfectly fit what we need!

Over the years we've figured out how to describe what we're looking for and the Care.com community has responded well. We have found a few diamonds through the site and couldn't be happier. Caveat: you do need to wade through a bunch of people who don't read, etc.

I like being able to message parents after applying for jobs because sometimes they need a reminder and this helps me make sure I get a response. Something I would love though, is for a more personalized job search. I would like to be able to enter exactly the date I’m looking for to see if there is a match.

Easy to sign up and post the job. Got quite a few candidates and I interviewed more than one. Once selected, it was easy to take down my ad. Good experience all around.
