First I tried to enroll for a 30% discount but couldn't on apple i pod Used my computer with email that said where did you go and ended up with a 10% discount! As a senior I don't have to burn, Now I can't determine what steps i need to take to proceed. Is there a care.com for dummies as that is how i feel about the experience

Such a scam. Providers would either not respond or cancel with 15 min notice. The company doesn't stand by their product. Not worth the money AT ALL. Just a complete waste.
