I found Ayliah on Care.com and she is truly a gem. She did such a great job with my pets that I will definitely use her again in the future. I would recommend her highly as a pet sitter.

I received an email stating that my profile was denied. I have been with Care. Com for over ver 6 years. I don’t know what you are talking about! When I’ve checked my page I have noticed that my asking fee is changed to over $40.00 sometimes. I included my fee in my profile in case that should happen again

Please make it possible that all reviews can be viewed from a desk top. Very few people use the app( maybe 20%)? unless you are the caregiver yourself waiting to be alerted. But older folks looking for care are generally on bigger screens /computers/ desktops and our reviews are important in the decision making. Please make visible on all devices!

I agreed to hiring Kevin but she never got the You’re Hired agreement. Meanwhile I declined 2 other dog sitters but kept getting info on others. I was confused & frustrated with no way to call to work out a solution. Yet this am the issue is not over. I spent hours online trying to clarify the sitter. Is there a problem with info on Kevin not in your databank? I still need help

Why a 2? My last family tried to enter a reference. I went to CHAT explained what happened. His name was Joel. I told him that the family tried to enter. He had no answers. This is his chat back ((((( If you didn't get any referrals yet, that means members did not give or show interest in your business. You might want to wait for now)))). This should be in his chat. I've used CARE since 2016. I also ask how do I sent my CPR certification. No reply. I wrote this have proof it happen, ********This is not for posting it's getting someone to help and listen***** .
