Maria has been a real help while assisting me with my household help. She is always on time, communicates well with me for her visits and is very charming and relaxing while working. Quality follows her around my house and she is very protective. I just wish Care.com didn’t charge me twice for the basic service or everything would have been perfect. That part is not Maria’s fault.

I entered a promo code when signing up. The web page said 20% discount would be applied. It was not. Customer service would not help because I used Apple Pay. They say it's their policy that you can't use that payment method with discounts but it does not say that anywhere. I've done promo codes with that payment method three times. The first time it worked. The second time it didn't work but customer service refunded the difference. This time they refused and stated a nonexistent policy.

I have used Care.com before when looking for a math tutor for our daughter many years ago. Everything went fantastic. Decided to try the pet sitting services and we received a huge response. It was a tough decision because of many great candidates, but we found someone who we think is going to work out perfectly!
