After being in the hospital for six days I needed help at home. Thankful I was referred to Care.com to find Tammy my current aide who is with me six hours a week.

Several good candidates applied for the job and the man I selected was very reliable and friendly .

We have not used our account for past six-months, thought we already cancelled the membership, but was recently charged with annual membership and enhanced background charge of nearly $348, for service that we have not used for past six-months, and will not continue to use at all. When we contacted customer care, they rejected refund.

The site got me in touch with several qualified applicants and I was able to find someone who filled the position offered well.

Stay away from this company. You sign up. Get hits on the ad you place, then they send you notifications, to read responses to your ad you have to subscribe. Once you subscribe you still cant see the ads until you "Verify" by adding your license to their site. Stay away it is a scam and there is a reoccurring charge. Subscriptions are also 100% NOT refundable.

I canceled 5 minutes after signing up, I didn’t use the website at all- and the $360 charge is going to remain because of the “no refund” policy. They have a place where you can try to request them to review for a refund. Don’t even bother, they’re just going to come back and tell you that they have a no refund policy. It was an enormous waste of time and money. I will never use this website.

Awesome website. I have always used this site to find families to work. A few years of working for a wonderful family. And I just found another one! Background check s on me help the families see i am someone they can trust and hire. Care.com is there for both sides so woth it!
