This site is Deceptive on multiple levels. Most of the ads posted by families are auto-generated and not intentional. Care.com forces any family looking to search caregivers to post an ad. This significantly over-inflates the number of families actually looking. Both the caregiver and family have to pay for premium memberships to actually chat and the fees can be quite high. I am a caregiver and I am paying for a premium membership. I assumed there were a lot of families actually looking but when I filter based on the generic ads, it is apparent that 90% of the posts are not real.

Liljana was easy to hire, on time, a hard worker, fast and efficient, was very friendly, trustworthy, did excellent work, and at a fair price. She was worth twice what I paid her and I’ll be hiring her again.

I have used Care.com many times to get nanny jobs. I feel comfortable knowing that background checks have been done. I had an issue trying to update my profile. I am not sure anything was figured out but it is better now.

What makes my experience great is ,,, Working in all fields,working with dementia, paraplegic, hospice,alzhemer and also with children who needs help in the disabled field,all these categories are experiences that helps me to conquer my abilities to do more,with CARE.COM

I would definitely say. That I am very happy with Care. Because I have had so many wonderful clients and children. To care for. And it is just an awesome platform. For families and nanny's. To network connect. Along with being an excellent. Overall very easy way for wonderful. Babysitters and nanny's. To find regular long term jobs and careers. Especially in the nanny industry.
