Trying to log in but it doesn’t allow me to do so. Says it doesn’t know my user name but they manage to send me emails every week/month. I want to cancel my direct debit but I can’t get in touch with anyone. Nightmare!

I did receive interest, which was great. There were some issues with how the responses were done. Some contacts messages went to care.com and not to the giver so responses were slow or non existence. Some care givers weren't able to do hours or decided commute was to long after contact even though hours and location was given in request. I was able to set up some interviews and most did keep those times. I did make a hire and training has gone well.

This is a great site to find clients on but, some of the functions do not always work properly. I have tried to change my bio and it keeps using the old one and I tried to change my hours and it would not let me switch the a.m. or p.m. otherwise it's great!
