Don’t spend a single penny here. They are dangerously close to being a scam. Every time you get a card and want to have it shipped, there is supposedly an “unfortunate error,” and you only get the card’s value refunded to your account—not the full amount you actually paid. So, for God’s sake, don’t spend your money here.

I attemped to contact their customer service about an issue with their promo which didn't apply when I opened a pack, they took multiple days to reply and didn't help me with it. Then I tried to withdraw my money twice, they denied the withdraws without reason and their customer service has done nothing!

Would be 0 stars if I could. The site lets you deposit funds immediately, but takes forever to verify your id to withdraw, then they reject withdrawal requests endlessly, with 0 input on how to fix the issue. You can’t connect a bank outside the us to stripe and they’re refusing my PayPal account. Not sure what to do with the funds left in the account except report it. The so called “live chat” takes at minimum, a day to come back to you, and it’s generic responses with no actual help offered. They also don’t respond to everything in the messages, they just pick what they want to reply too. Kind of like the generic response card outpost has replied to this with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Was initially having issues with withdrawing but they fixed it. The only downside is they charged an almost $30 fee to withdraw it via PayPal but it is what it is I guess.

Got an advertisement saying Freepack with code. They still attempt to charge you for the pack. Seems very sketchy by all other reviews. BEWARE

Thought I'd got lucky and won a card worth around $100. Tried to withdraw and they wanted another $30 so I paid. They then cancelled my withdrawal due to not having the card I apparently won that was in a "vault" I caved and sold the card back to them and won an even more expensive card and surprisingly they don't have that card either. Not sure why pokemon is being used here because I don't actually believe there are or were ever any cards. Support push for you to do cash withdrawals or sell back and continue ripping packs, rather than send you what you have won. I'm actually upset, thought I'd actually won something but this has been an unpleasant and expensive experience and I'm probably left with nothing.

support is very shady and buy back is very very shady they say they pay back full market value witch they deffintly do not i bought a card for $20 on there marjket place and then all of a suddeen now there buy back is only 18$ witch they say they buy back at full market value if i paid 20$ for a card from your market oplace and you only offer me a buy back of 18$ yall sure as f@#$ dont buy back at full prices.... support has no idea whats going on and all you people saying 5starts work for the site lol and cashing out is a joke ive sold moer then your withdrawl limts and still cant cash out lol STARTING TO LOOK MORE LIKE A SCAM NOW THE MORE I USE THIS SITE..
