Card OutpostReviews of cardoutpost.com

Avoid this site ! I spent hundreds on there chasing something decent because I couldn't withdraw Any balance without an American bank account. Finally got a diamond and pearl palkia . Valued around 60£ raw . I payed for delivery and the card was described as near mint.. the card that arrived was in a complete state and more near the bin . It had dirt on and scratches all over like someone has used sand paper on it . I have tried to contact customer services and get a refund but they are saying that the warehouse staff have confirmed it was near mint . They refuse to admit that its not near mint , or give me a refund. The card in this state is no good to my collection, they need to be stopped from robbing genuine collectors, they are going to destroy the hobby .

I ordered my card to be shipped on Oct 09. Its Oct 21st. Thats f****** crazy! Slow a** shipping! I would recommend to stay away from them! I like Packz, CrownCards, & TiltRips.

Waited 3 months for my cards to get shipped to me, when I got my cards I was missing one and two of them were a grade down then what i was suppose to get. I messaged support about it and I am getting the same answer "we're looking into it". Then out of no where my account gets hacked and now i cannot get into it. Company is a joke, DO NO RECOMMEND!

Im writing this review to let buyers know. PLEASE DO NOT!! DO NOT BUY FROM OR USE THIS APP. i have bought about 8 cards graded and singles from this platform, 1 was a psa jolteon. Weeks go by after payment was made and then was notified that the card was unavailable at this time for purchase. Another was a base set shadowless 1st edition ninetales. I received a base set non 1st edition unlimited holo ninetales in horrible condition. When I contacted cardoutpost suport. I was told it was a listing mistake. Another was a wobbuffet 1st edition holo. I received a 1st edition wobbuffet holo ( Fake card)!! Another one was a nidoking reverse holo .. I received a damaged all corners bent and complete whitening around the entire back of card. Now I purchased all cards listed as near mint. None were as listed and what I received was completely different. Cardoutpost support was contacted and I asked for a complete refund of cards. Close to 600$ spent. Plus fees!! I was ignored and asked to chose another card or cards and pay the shipping and case fees. Months !! I waited for these cards. About the fake card I was sent , I was told that their team didnt send a fake card.. iv been in the hobby for 20+ years and know what condition is and what a fake card looks and feels like and how to test them. SO EVERYONE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLATFORM. WHAT THEIR STANDARDS ARE IS COMPLETELY FALSE!! AND THEY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!!

I pulled a Neo Genesis Pikachu psa 9 and ordered it for shipping then they went behind my back and canceled my order with no refund on shipping I thought I may have accidentally hit the cancel,so I tried a few more times, paying the shipping every time, then they finally messaged back saying they kept canceling because they didnt actually have it in stock, that was mind blowing enough, like how do they expect to get another card exactly the same? Then they also offered me 120% buy back which i absolutely refused because I want the damn card, now they refuse to answer back.

I won a grail card worth $1800. They told me it wasn't in stock and refunded my $50 rip instead in credit only so I couldn't withdraw it.

Completely a scam had over 100 pound in my account from opening packs and selling and stuff. I tried to log in one day as I was waiting for a withdrawal only to find they deleted my account saying I broke a term of service which I didn’t do anything out of line besides buying packs opening them selling the items and buying items of the market. Never did anything that would void my account. This is clearly a scam and I will not be ever using this app to and i don’t think u do too unless u want this bullshit. Lost 100$ and they don’t even care just repeating “Your account has been found to be in violation of our Terms of Service. As a result, your account has been terminated indefinitely and will remain as such. Thank you.” Do not use this app down right scammers

Terrible I ordered my cards in August and still haven’t received my cards and every time I speak with support it’s the same story they will be at your house in about a week yet I’m still waiting with high hopes that they show up as I really want those cards.
