I had a wonderful experience refinancing my loan and getting the best rate possible. My loan officer was excellent on providing information and completing the forms through octane made it fabulous.

We had a very difficult time with Cardinal. The paperwork was extensive, but being self employed, I expected that. What I did not expect was the utter lack of response from my loan officer and the company in general. We finished all of our paperwork in April. It is now the end of July, and after several emails and voicemails to our loan officer, we have heard nothing. We called customer service, and they told us that our loan officer would get back to us shortly. That was more than three weeks ago. I sent another email expressing my severe disappointment through the customer service website yesterday. It is now almost the end of the day, so they have had nearly two business days to respond to that. Nothing.

Gina, went above and beyond to help us,she worked late into the night. She explained things so clearly for us. She made a hard time a lot easier and pleasant for us. She got us into our dream house.
