My wife met a gentleman by the name of Ed Evans with Cardinal Branch through an online inquiry. I was skeptical until I spoke to Ed and he was very experienced and very knowledgeable. I thought we were going to lose our home for sure. He gave me the confidence to trust him and his firm. It was the best decision we ever made in our life. Thanks again Ed!

You wouldn't believe how this happened. I'm months behind on my mortgage, like 13 months. You know, covid and all. This guy calls me on the phone. Big Al Finny, what a name. He's loud and aggressive, like a clown on TV. I can feel him in my face over the phone. Kind of pleasant, kind of pushy. I felt like hanging up the phone just to get away from him. But that would have been the dumbest thing I ever did in my life. Five months later, I'm current. My home is no longer in foreclosure and the sale date was removed. Better yet, my family was safe again. My stress is gone and I can sleep at night once again. These guys are the best, Cardinal Branch. I Highly recommend them.

My name is Ann R, We had gotten a couple months behind, 4 or 6 of them. I forget. But it was starting to add up quickly and we didn't have the money to pay off the forbearance in full like the bank was asking. Besides that my lender stopped helping me long ago. They avoided my calls and then put me on hold when I would finally get through to someone. Then they would deliberately confuse the heck out of me while telling me nothing. All the time they were inching forward planning out different ways to acquire my home. That's when Albert called. A breath of fresh and raspy air all at the same time. Don't let him scare you though. He's like a bulldozer, slow and yet sturdy. Working hard but not too fast. Answering everyone of my questions. And his answers, putting me at ease. Finishing the job one month early for my family. We got everything Albert said I would. We are at the end of our trails and this man has not only become a friend, but we are hoping for a brother in law as well. Thank you Albert, Thank you Cardinal Branch.

Thanks to Ed Evans for helping us save our house. He gave us step-by-step instructions on how to get it done. Everything he told us came true. We can’t thank you enough!

Jimmy Colt helped me get my house back from the bank. I was ready to give up and just let them take my house. Jimmy gave me the strength to fight back. Now I am paying less every month and am caught up on my loan. I could not have done it without Jimmy. Thank you!

I was a little unsure at first when Jimmy from Cardinal Branch called me. I had fallen behind on my mortgage payments due to my wife passing away and me being laid off about a month after. I thought I was going to lose my home. Jimmy Colt called me and told me that he could save my home. My file was assigned to Monica Whitmore. She really made the entire process go smoothly. She made sure to communicate with me on a weekly basis either by telephone, email or texts. Her professionalism is impeccable and it was great to work with her. I am a satisfied client.

All my mortgage company wanted to do was put me in forbearance, But Dan got all my back mortgage payments forgiven and knocked $300 off my payments.

I was contacted by Cardinal Branch in regards to my delinquent mortgage loan payment. My bank was fooling around with me and never calling me back. Luckily, Alvin Crandall at Cardinal helped me understand that my bank was not necessarily going to do me any favors but he sure did. I now have a very decent interest rate with a much lower monthly payment to go along with it. I had several missed loan payments as well that were all forgiven and that saved me thousands of dollars! Thank you Alvin Crandall. You are a complete gift.
