This company is a fraud, they take your money make promises that never happen . They tell you don't talk to your lender , let us do all the communication . They will not lower your interest rate. They will not get a lower payment . You will fall more behind because of their lies. Jimmy Cole and Linda Clark frauds . You're much better off talking with your Leander then listening to these people feed you lies. Don't pay them a dime ....

I initially left a very negative review. I spoke with Mike Goldberg one of the managers with Cardinal!! They bent over backwards to make sure that there weren’t any hard feelings. He responded to me in a very timely manner, a very personable gentleman and he wanted to hear my side and he actually listened!! My case was very different from what they normally deal with. We were current but I was still interested in reducing the interest rate. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. But after speaking with Mike and all that they are doing to make it fair, I do recommend their services and if I’m ever in a position that their services are needed I sure won’t hesitate to call on them.

5 stars 05/04/2023 I came into contact with Cardinal Branch, Eddy Vega took the time to reassure me. Once we decided to use them, all in all went smoothly. team Cardinal was easy too work with and always available for questions. Eddy and Cardinal Branch , a team I will always hold in high regards, went out of their way to help me. I thought for certain after 25 years I was losing my home but Eddy would not hear of such things. They truly amazed me and gave 110 percent and saved my home. These people really do care. I would and have recommended this company to anyone having mortgage issues.

We were $50,000.00 behind on our payments. Covid was rough on my family. I have three children. Two of them have medical issues. Good kids, just not the best of health. My wife's mother lives with us too. It was actually her house, but we were making the payments on it. But the bank foreclosed on us and threatened us with a pending sale date. The lawyer for the lender was already attached. Our exit from the home was imminent. We would be on the street with an older woman, two sick kids and my wife and Son. Not an ideal situation for a man with a great deal of pride. That's when I get this crazy text message that seems to address all of my concerns. Is this an answered prayer? Or a grifter trying to fleece off of my family's wows. I'm excited and terrified all at the same time. Torn between two worlds of good and bad. I took a chance, I had no choice. A few months later Big Al kicked the lender's butt into submission and my fears were finally over. These guys are amazing. And don't let Big Al scare you. I found out, he's the only one you can trust.

We had a sale date. 24 months behind. My wife was sick, so I had to take off work to care for her. The kids are gone. There adults now. Not very supportive. I'm thinking the world is crashing down on me. What can I do, where can I turn? That's when Big Al called and saved my days. He instantly gave me hope. This stuff he said made sense. He took his time and explained the process to me. Before you knew it. The sale date was lifted. I'm no longer behind, and I save a couple of bucks each month with a lower mortgage payment. Oh, I forgot to mention. It was the stress that was causing my wife all her Ills. So I got my wife back too. Thank you Cardinal, my life is in your debt.
