The idea of the app is good. Not started yet. Not impressed with the meal choices because if the grains involved as I don't eat grains except for bread. Need substutions. Otherwise ok.

I was hoping the app would help me meal plan but the selection system for recipes is not great for me and seems quite limited and a bit boring. Lots of the suggestions are things I would not eat for a main meals (sandwiches, wraps). They don't feature enough vegetables for my tastes. I eat most ingredients, but the recipes suggested seems to be predominantly salmon and shrimp. Also they are very 'American'. I would like to see some more 'Mediterranean' choices

I like the simplicity of the app. It’s easy to use. The only complaint I have is the menu plan. Would prefer a meal plan I could freeze for the week, at least for dinner.
