Nice first time Experience…
I used this benefit for first time and was not sure how it will be. I am very happy that I had a very smooth experience with the service and claim process. Also, customer service out of state was pretty good.

Cruise cancelation claim was settled…
Cruise cancelation claim was settled before we would have finished the Cruise. Although it was supposed to be a 21 day cruise!

Card Benefit Services exceeded my…
Card Benefit Services exceeded my expectations by negotiating the final settlement down on my behalf and also by paying my insurance deductible as part of the claim. Absolutely zero money came out of my pocket and I would highly recommend having this service.

I had bad experience with copa airlines…
I had bad experience with copa airlines my luggage arrived with a hole at the destination airport besides cancellation flight and route changed. But eclaimsline was courteous and carefully gave attention to the case and I received the benefit which so far copa airlines refuse to refund anything !
