Worked fine
There was some difficulty in Card Benefit Services accepting the doctor's statement because the statement did not fit the claim form exactly. Ultimately, this was resolved satisfactorily.

Over all it went well
Over all it went well, one issue is that once you upload a form, you can never see it again. Sometimes it seemed they asked for the same document a second or third time, somewhat frustrating .

Filed a claim on 3/1 for rental collision waiver and today 3/14, it was approved for 98%. Very happy with the service!

Claim for loss damage waiver protection handed fairly…
My claim for loss damage waiver insurance applicable to my rental vehicle through my Chase credit card resulted in a full payment of my claim. Yes, it could have been a little quicker and the website where you file documents was a little clunky, but they accepted responsibility per the terms of the agreement and paid every penny. Ultimately, this was a valuable benefit of the card that I didn't know I had an eClaims handled the claim fairly and in a professional and reasonably timely manner. I was impressed.

Perseverance
It took 4 months to receive my money from a cancelled tour to Israel. Posting the documents to the claims portal was convenient. I had to follow up with a phone call every 2 weeks to get the claim resolved. I never spoke to the claims agent. I only spoke with the general support person. Keep calling & sending e-mails. Don't give up.

First time using exclaims
Took a bit long about 90 days and had to get forms from different places. First time using exclaims. Can’t complain though since the claim was paid it was about 13k. Didn’t have to buy insurance or use my own so I’ll say it was a win.
