Impossible to get any money from them. not how normal insurance comanies work. i am annoyed , frusrtated after 5 months and giving up letting them keep my lost luggage money - chase saphire reserve bad! eclaimsline even worse but don't want to use profanity words here! if you could give them 0 star i would do so. making my research on class action lawsuit or other options to sue them

I am asking myself how the hell they have only 5start and 1star! do they write good reviews for themselves? Truly terrible insurance company. It might be some scheme between CHASE SAPPHIRE RESERVE + ECLAIMSLINE. Possibly chase sapphire reserve created product with insane insurance coverage for every life situation. Sounds to good to be true, Correct! everything is being covered... besides in reality you will never get payouts. Cancel you CHASE SAPPHIRE RESERVE cards or just DO NOT RENEW IT and go shopping for other cards with insurance options. Problem is when you open card noone tells us that we have to deal with eclaimsline which is really unprofessional and impossible to get any payment from them no matter what kind of docs you providing! Company does all possible and impossible to avoid making payments. My case was that they just nicely keep asking for docs and doing it in 7-10 days time increments. I started to make research on google and it appeared that eclaimsline has lots of reviews here on TrustPilot and lots of similar complaints and lots of other complaints for example bounced checks. Do not rely on this company just consider other options for travel insurance !

EVERYONE pay attention 70% reviews 1star!!! Have no idea how mathematically average is 3.2????? 1+5/2=3. But only 29% are 5 star. Something is wrong with average rating calc. It is really company witb 70% 1 star means 7 out of 10 people consider this company SCAM. Stay away from them! I was going to write review about how this company pays out on claims-but you can read other 1 star reviews : asking for same documents with week intervals. After submitting everything asking for the same documents. They trying to do it in long intervals to make clients give up on claim. Going to close chase sapphire reserve and open probably AMEX. That is sad that after decade of being chase customer need to go elsewhere cause obviously they dont care about customers picking scam outsorce company to take care of clients insurance needs. Shame on chase and shame on eclaimsline! Better just not wasting time and just not offer any service. I had this nightmare experience and my husband had, and we having same opinion and perception. This company reminds us some outsource companies from asia or india which have no idea what they doing and really main goal is to scam customers. It is actually the case!

I decided not to continue with the process of my claim because of it. I gonna contact chase management and talk yo attorney i am really good at fighting with such scammers. I provided requested document: statement from credit card and they requesting same document. It is impossible to get any money from them. Feels like guys who calling yoi from scam number. Shame On chase getting such outsource , i will cancel Chase Sapphire Reserve whem my renewal is due and monitor competitors in boa and citi bank. Will show all bad similar reviews to chase management. Freaking frustrating, waste of time, con artists, dirty scammer!!!

worst company to deal with. My wife was supposed to travel we booked a flight through chase sapphire and unfortunately due accident we had to missed our flight. The claim was submitted back in October of 2023 and now today is march 10th the claim has not been approved. They are telling me that I should work with airline to provide a document that says flight was never refunded. I did worked with delta and delta has not given that information as of yet either which odd. Why would I file a claim if a refund was issued to me also the fact is that the e-claim services should have figured it out if they have worked with delta airlines they never got back to me until I bombarding there customer service calls. terrible service. I will be filling a lawsuit against this company for with holding my amount.

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with my lost luggage, enduring a year-long back-and-forth without any reimbursement thus far. I’m canceling my Chase card because of them. Terrible!

This business is a complete scam and it amazes me that they work with major credit card companies. I'm now over 4 months since I made my claim and they are still shlepping me around with all kinds of nonsense. They try to run around helping you they have all kinds of false reasons they can't reimburse me even though I was clearly told by one of their employees before I spent for my hotel due to my canceled flight that I would get it reimbursed, and even I had all necessary documents and receipts. they are extremely unhelpful. I have caught them in multiple lies, where different employees were giving me totally different stories. it is such a mess their system, This company honestly should be shut down, a complete scam they are running. Worst insurance company ever!
