I filed the claim for trip interruption using my Chase card. I received the money in a timely way for the exact value I requested. I never got any pushback from this company and didn't have to deal with anyone on their end in the process. I'm very familiar with filing expense reports for my travel since I do it for work all the time, so I'm sure my documentation was complete and well organized for easy approval.

Awesome experience with trip cancellation. I was treated with the utmost respect when I called and talk to them on phone. I was devastated when my husband who was my traveling companion died a few weeks before leaving on our cruise. Marriott Bonvoy Boundless Card Collision Damage Waiver Claim. I damaged a tire on a Hertz rental car. Hertz charged me $71.00 for the tire. I uploaded all requested documents to Eclaims and received a direct deposit to my account in a timely manner. The only delay was that I had to wait for a copy of my Visa bill showing the Hertz charge. Very pleased with the service!!!

I lost an earbud from an expensive wireless pair when it fell out of my ear. I followed all the directions on their online form. Was contacted 3-4 days later requesting a reimbursement receipt. Another 2 days and my request was approved. I have absolutely no complaints and am grateful for the service they provided me!

I rented a car with Budget in Tennesee using my Chase Sapphire Reserve card and declined the CDW. The car was damaged in a parking lot and I eventually had to pay $676 for the repair. Knowing that I was going to make use of this service, I asked the rental company for all (and I do mean ALL) documentation pertaining to the damage and repair, which they sent me via emailed pdf files at the same time that I paid then for the repair. I then submitted a claim online and 3 weeks later it was approved and the funds were fully reimbursed! Yes, they asked for many different items, but it was relatively easy to upload each via the eclaims web site. I did have to visit the site 3 times to satisfy all requests for documentation... So... If you are in a similar situation, here is a list of what I needed to send in for a successful resolution: - a copy of the initial rental agreement when I picked up the car - a copy of the closed, paid rental agreement when I returned it - the accident report from the rental company - the bill for repairs from the rental company - a copy of the damage appraisal showing itemized cost for repairs - photos of the car (showing the damaged section) - a copy of the credit card statement showing the car rental charges And, once the claim had been approved, they asked for a copy of the credit card statement showing that I had paid the $676 to the rental company. I was pretty skeptical after reading the reviews here, but I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised! I was able to handle the whole thing online, never had to make a phone call, and was fully reimbursed!
