Very easy and no-hassle claim. Non-refundable booking with booking.com. had to cancel last minute due to medical emergency. Filed claim with my receipts and screenshot of cancelation policy, paid out in two weeks.

This travel service claim with Chase Card worked really well when an Air BNB host refused to refund any money. Air BNB no longer allows Covid positive test as an exception for cancellation - and I was too sick to travel. I went back and forth with corporate Air BNB and then the host. They each point at each other to "solve" the problem fairly - which basically meant not at all. Anyway, I decided to try thru Chase benefit not expecting much. It worked wonderfully!! I provided all the requested paperwork including policies for cancellation, proof from Doctor that I was ill, etc., and then also additional info needed requested thru a phone call. More information seems to be better than less. Claim was honored and check was in my hands withing 30 days. THANK YOU!

I am so pleased about this. I thought it was only American Express, which I used to use for car rentals. After a little back and forth by email/website our claim was accepted. Pretty simple process and my wife was happy because her phone was stolen at SFO.
