Dear Card Benefit Services, I was shocked to find out that my Chase Shapphire Card offered this benefit as I wasn't previously aware. So to say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. I called the CBS folks a few times before filing my claim so that I got it right the first time and wouldn't have any issues. They did ask for 1 additional document showing any $$$$ that had been refunded by the cruise line. In my opinion the document I sent in showed what had been refunded. My overall experience was excellent. The folks I spoke to on the phone were very professional and knowledgeable. the overall process of filing is quite easy!!! The $$$$ has been refunded already..... Sorry to hear others had so much trouble getting their claims processed. I know that poor experiences are very loud, so since I had a positive experience, I am going out of my way to write the review. I had no problem filling out the form, and my claim was processed in less than two weeks. I was very satisfied with the claims process and timeline.

We had an item stolen from luggage that my daughter left inside and eclaims took the time to make us whole financially.

Chase stood by their purchase protection benefit when I submitted a claim on a broken product. I just had to send in a few pictures of the damage and my receipt and it took a few days for me to receive a decision in my favor. The process worked as written in their policy. I wouldn't buy anything of value without my Chase card.

Had to use trip delay insurance, worth it if comes as a card perk. Eclaimsline paid out in 20-25 calendar days

I am very satisfied with eclaims and my luggage and personal property damage. They refunded and completed and refunded my claim in less than 35 days. Receive payment -- sent all the needed documentation and all went smooth. The reps were great easy to understand all were english speaking

In one word, I was AMAZED. You posted a "10 day" response period and the claim came through APPROVED with no additional requests in a shorter period of time. Admittedly, it was very clean cut...one payee and notes from doctor and emergency room and all the receipts BUT I somehow expected it to be a bit more frustrating. I am THRILLED and will use this card (along with my Allianz annual travel policy for ALL of our travel needs...at this point, between $30k and $50k per year.

I hit a pothole and destroyed a tire on my rental. I filed a claim. I was missing one item need to finalize the claim. I wasn't sure what was missing. I called and the agent quickly resolved the issue. I received my reimbursement within a week.
