It took a little while to gather all the necessary documents and get everything approved, but this was such a wonderful benefit as part of my Chase card and I was so relieved to be able to be reimbursed for my exorbitant charge on a rental car.

I was really happy with how that turned out, especially given other negative reviews. While the time to finalize the claim was a bit long (60-70 days), I didn't think that was outrageous. I especially appreciated receiving 2 calls from the specialist requesting additional forms and information - calling was really helpful, since I had the opportunity to ask clarifying questions and make sure I submitted exactly what was needed. I think that helped clarify and expedite the process and I was more comfortable that progress was being made. This is the only time I've utilized eclaims in many years of having the associated credit card, and I'm a little surprised that I received my full reimbursement for travel cancellation with relatively little hassle.

Sorry to hear other customers had a bad experience. My experience was quite the opposite. I was able to speak to someone and they even sent me a claims info pamphlet. Submitting my claim online was easy and convenient and my claim was completed in less than a month. Thank you.

The claim took a bit long but everything went great and I thought Chase Eclaimsline did an excellent job by the end. They called when they said they would call and held on to the line with me while I was uploading documents. They were very fair in completing my claim. I would definitely use them again for all of my future travels.
