thus company is horrible! they told my husband and I that his lost key was covered under his insurance with chase caed services and he just had to make a claim online, and get a police report, we did all these things, took time out of our day to constantly update and provide documentation, and called in to check on status of claim, and the the first representative I spoke to said we needed to send in more documentation. fast forward uploaded everything they asked for and called in and a representative who states she is a claims adjusted told me that we are not covered at all for this claim because it was a lost/ stolen key and not actually physical damage to the car!! OMG why did no one tell us this from the start, but continue to let us upload documents, and wast our time if they knew this issue was not covered!!!! they are pathetic and a waste of time!!!

Absolutely horrible service. After 6 months, I'm still working to resolve my claim from a rental car collision with a deer. Countless unreturned emails and phone calls, very un knowledgeable staff, and flat out wrong information provided. They are doing everything possible not to pay their share. I emailed all the documents they wanted many times then they send a form letter back saying what they need which is exactly what I sent. The "we will reply to you in 1-2 business days" as stated on their website is a joke and has never happened. I don't know how they are still in business. It's just one false statement after another from them in an effort not to pay. The frustration in dealing with this place is unreal. I hope someday to have them pay their share and will not give up just out of principle. This place stinks!

Absolutely terrible service. Always delayed in responding to claims and they do ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING they can to avoid paying.

I share the views of all the people here. No one gets back to you. They are nice on the phone. Say it will all be resolved and you will hear back in a day or two and then you get an email asking for more information. Very frustrating. I sent all my information in as Charleston airport was closed for Hurricane Florence and they appeared to be questioning that Hurricane Florence existed!! 2 months down the line and several requests and several phone calls and I am now getting asked for my boarding pass in addition to my changed itinerary which I had already sent in showing the info. I despair. This is no perk at all. I am surprised anyone has the patience to continue to the end of their claim and think this is how they work. Wear the person down so much they don't continue and don't have to pay any money out. Easy solution to a number of the eclaimsline problems - be honest - be clear - ask for everything that is missing in 1 email - get back in the time you say you will - don't lie - hold information in one place and try not to loose it I don't think it costs much to do the above. One of the worst companies I have had to deal with and I will raise an official complaint with eclaims and Chase when I am through the end of this tortuous process so Chase understand who they have contacted out their claims to. I am sure there are many claims companies that could bid for this work and operate it more effectively.

Worst company to deal with! Period!. They will try everything to avoid paying your claim. A absolute nightmare to deal with! after giving them everything they need to cover the claim they say they will cover it, but continue to ask for the same documents over and over again and also re introduce new documents they need to cover the claim.. Very frustrating dealing with the agents they will lie to you every single time. You better off getting the rental car insurance than dealing with them , or paying out of pocket yourself just to save the headache and frustration this company will take you through.

Lots of back and forth with this company. Extremely vague, loses paperwork, does not return calls, etc. I initially thought that this was a nice perk to having my Chase Southwest Card. I am thinking otherwise. Terrible service.

I am very disappointed in your customer service. you say "We will reply to your benefit inquiry within 24-48 business hours" BUT DON'T. I called and was told I would get a callback within 3 hours on an URGENT matter and it's now 4 DAYS later. You provide a valuable benefit but are not helpful in getting it. I asked in an email 20 days ago if you have legal representation to represent us in this claim because it was unpaid and the rental agency took legal action for payment. Now the law firm wants their fee for service and still I have received no replies from you. Is your legal department out to lunch? I believe they were not paid initially due to errors at your end including 1. possibly contacting the wrong rental agency in the first place and 2.not following up with me or them. I trusted that you knew what you were going and now I have to pay the consequences. This inferior service is not the service I expect from VISA. I have been a customer for decades but now it's time to examine the alternatives out there. (this is from my message to them, still unresponded to)

They do not deserve a 1 star. Horrible experience with them. This company will do close to anything to not pay out. It has been 3 months and they are still asking for additional information. Their trick is to initially be very vague on what type of documentation is needed then to start this never ending back and forth that will just lead to more questions and more documentations that need to be provided. Unbelievable....
