I am grateful that my CDW claim was paid in full even though I believe that the (Costa Rican) car rental company (AVIS) took advantage of the situation and overcharged me for the damage--$6100 for a ding to the door and a scrape on the front bumper. The claims process involved uploading a brief statement and documents from the car rental agency, along with photos of the damages. I did not have any conversation with an adjustor, but the claim was paid in time to pay off the charge on my credit card during the current billing cycle. Kudos to eclaimsline!

I was highly impressed by the speed and ease at which my claim was handled. This is the second time I've had to make a claim through Card Benefit Services regarding a purchase made on my Chase Sapphire Reserve card and I've been pleased with the entire process both times. My most recent claim was handled in exactly three weeks and from start to finish the process was straightforward, simple, intuitive, and easy. I would highly recommend submitting a claim through the service if needed.

Really love the IHG chase card. I booked hotel due to life threatening blizzard warning and had to cancel it. The hotel agent from Hotels in America refused to refund me and I had to go to the credit card to claim it and I got it back from the credit card company. Definitely recommend this card if you like to apply for one.

Stone chipped rental car windshield. Claim and all details submitted online. Three weeks later claim resolved and paid. Never had to speak with anyone nor jump through hoops. Great experience! Thank you!

Travel disrupted due to death in the family. Took some time, but in the end we got our money back. Would recommend saving documents properly on a personal computer rather than a phone. Claim will probably be accepted faster that way. If not, they will keep asking for documents.

Company was responsive, and clear in asking for information. Claim was accepted about three weeks after I submitted the final paper work, and I received a check about a week after notice of acceptance. I can see how the process might be difficult and frustrating for some. I am a lawyer, and I used a travel agent, so I am used to answering information requests, and my travel agent was able to provide information I did not know how to find on my own.
