What a joke of a service. Pathetically incompetent, didn't even bother to read the documentation I sent in, took 5 weeks to even answer my claim. If your credit card offers this service, it's not worth anything at all.

I filed a claim for a trip I took back in August (luggage delayed for 2 days). I’ve uploaded backup documents and receipts via their website and emails over 7x. Finally I had their customer rep online when I uploaded and emailed the documents they kept asking for and had her confirm she received them before I hung up. A month later they come back and ask for the receipt of luggage delivery while I was on the trip. I had sent them the tracing/tracking log from the airline that shows when luggage was delivered and they still insist on a paper receipt that courier would have given me when luggage was delivered. I told them I don’t have such a receipt and the tracing log shows everything they need (when luggage was lost and when it was delivered) and they refused to process my claim without the receipt. I called the airline to see if they can produce a receipt and they said the tracing log is all they have. EClaims has been giving me the run around for almost 6 months and wasted so much of my time that I just gave up.

I've been dealing with a claim for 4 months now. I've provided over 25 documents proving everything, and they refused to continue to move forward or offer help. Instead, they lie to me, transfer me around, and treat me very poorly. I have never dealt with so many liars. At this point, I am going to reach out to a lawyer.

They will find anyway not to pay you and deny your claim. last minute I couldnt go on a trip - they told me theyd respond and never did- they wanted documents uploaded X 5 times and I am going to cancel my chase sapphire after this. I heard citibank double cash back reimburses less but the process is supposed to be much easier. lousy customer service and horrible company to deal with

They will do everything they can to reject and further delay the process. They almost always say that the receipts are not legible, but will approve the same exact document when reviewed again. Be prepared to keep everything and resubmit documents up to 5 times per claim. The people on the phones are nice and friendly, but the company process is poor and the user experience of the submission process is awful

I filed a claim for having hit a pot-hole with a rental car. The total claim was for $182.00 that I didn't know that I would even be responsible for. The tire was flattened and the rim was damaged. I filed a claim and sent every bit of paperwork that I had with regard to the rental, the invoice I received in the mail for the repair, etc. I finally, after about a month of seeing 'pending' on the claim called to check. I was told that I needed an 'incident report' and a 'repair estimate' before they could do anything. I told them that there wasn't any of either and they told me that I had to contact Hertz and request a copy of the incident report (they never took one or asked me about one) and a repair estimate (I would say that an invoice should suffice for an 'estimate') before they could do anything. I told them to never mind that apparently they needed the money more than I so I would pay it myself. Will never count on them for anything and will discourage anyone else from ever using them.

Don't waste your time filing a claim! I spoke with 3 representatives who all verified I had coverage for accidental damage to a computer screen. I chose not to use my Apple Care protection for the services as I was assured I would be covered by my Bank Of America rewards card purchase protection plan. To each representative I spoke with at eclaims I explained how the damaged occurred and when. "You are covered Mam, just fill out your claim form", was their response. Of course the claims adjustor came back with a big DENY saying the damage needed to occur by hail, sleet, snow, earthquake etc. and to refer to my credit card handbook for the details. Well who keeps those little books? That's why I called the representatives 3 times to ask them if I was covered. I was lied to and dragged through a mess of emails and phone calls. Bank of America doesn't care and eclaims can see the correspondence but say they are not liable for what their representatives say. It's all up to the adjustor. What a joke for a company. Disappointed Bank Of America even chooses to use this company.

Filed a claim under Chase Sapphire Reserve and was directed to Eclaims. They are terrible. They do everything not to pay a claim. Mine was for a damaged LG TV that was not one week old. It has been over 3 months of sending information, calling twice a week and not getting anywhere. I think I will have to go to court.
