The process from start to finish was pretty painless and was handled very quickly, so I appreciate that. The area that could be improved is that the claim form has a section (section 2) which asks for the physician signature. The rep didn't say how to address that if you don't have ready access to the physician (I was treated on a cruise ship and submitted my claim after I returned home, would have been pretty impossible to get something from the ship medical team when not on the ship). Fortunately I had a receipt with the physician signature and a pretty detailed description of treatment and I just referenced that which was accepted thankfully. I was expecting this to be a headache, but it was not really painful (other than needing to get a notarized letter stating I had no insurance that would apply).

I read some horrible things online regarding the process of filing a claim through eclaims. However,my experience was much different. After explaining my situation, the representative advised what documents needed to be uploaded in order to get the claim processed. In fact,he walk me through the form so it could be submitted before we hung up the phone. He was very professional and it was refreshing to have the help readily available. Also, I loved that the office is open late , I believe 24 hours a day. In less than two weeks, I received an approval.

Everything was spelled out very clearly on how to make a claim in the benefits booklet that was provided by Chase. It seems A little bit, but knowing ahead of time, what is needed, all necessary documents can be collected and forwarded via email to make a claim. Confirmation of receipt was sent immediately… And I simply had to wait for my primary insurance to determine what was covered by them before the secondary insurance kicked in. Excellent service! I called my trip cancellation in and the staff on the phone was very kind and empathetic. She told me exactly what to do and gave me the web address to file paperwork and what they needed from my physician. I did this and heard back from them within a day for additional paperwork and received my answer in about a week, Check has already been paid. Very pleased with this company and United.

Things were pretty simple. Took me some time to figure out the correct form to fill out. But, once I did that, I checked on my claim once and they gave me instructions of the additional documentation they needed. It was accepted and resolved in a couple of weeks. Really happy with the process and program. Thanks!

Went very smooth as they had to wait on my auto policy to act then deal with the extra charges the rental car settlement companies try to tack on.

I did not think my claim would be paid. I thought this was a scam but I figured I would give it a shot. I am glad I did. They paid my claim and the process was pretty easy. I am very please and satisfied.
