Card Benefit Service was a joke. Ive had the Chase United Card for 7 years in hopes I would never have to use this benefit but unfortunately I was hospitalized with a mystery brain disease and had to miss my flight and meet my family in CA another day. United jacked me 230 bucks and when I spent weeks gathering the required documents, they write back and denied me the insurance because of some small print BS like it was a change fee instead of an additional fare fee or some crap. I asked to speak to a supervisor because generally customer service reps cant think outside the box but KC was just as bad! If he wants to throw away thousands of dollars to save 200 on the first time in a decade I ever tried to use the benefit that is his call. Incredibly poor customer service, i recommend finding one of the other dozens of credible credit cards out there so you don't have to deal with this

One word : Horrible! They just need any excuse to reject your claim, they have denied 3 out of my 4 claims so far and i feel they just need an excuse to deny the claim. The claim that was approved, they paid me only $80 for the $700 i requested. I don't trust them anymore, i am going to give up my Chase card as i don't think they are going to approve any claim in future also.

Disgusted with this company. Do not buy Chase Sapphire Credit Card based on this “benefit”. Younger Brother tragically and unexpectedly passed away a few days before our christmas vacation. Bought airline tickets, Hotel, and WDW tickets totaling to almost $5,000. Just like the other negative reviews this company requests the same documents over and over, with no proper explanation. After numerous unanswered emails sent to their customer service, and several back and forth calls consisting of being put on hold and being blatantly HUNG UP on by a claims adjuster, we have gotten no where. After 2 months. Nothing. No help at all. One of the most unprofessional, insensitive, incompetent, rude, customer service experiences we have ever dealt with. They make it difficult to navigate their website, they make you call each place to get a credit from them first, so it’s almost impossible for you to get any refund. They will not refund you if you get a credit UNLESS it expires. I do not want a credit for a trip I will no longer go on with outstanding balance and interest building on a credit card. Why would anyone need travel insurance, when these vendors would credit me on my own without the insurance? Does not make sense. There’s absolutely no logic with this company or their “policies” . Not only will we never do business with them again , but will be closing the Chase Sapphire account too, with their now $500 annual fee. *Also convinced that the positive 5 star reviews on here are people paid by the company.

I had over 3600 dollars fo flight expenses and I was supposed to receive that money back due to a serious injury I sustained to my leg. They are now saying that I can only get a partial claim of 1700 dollars even though I never boarded any flights, and was stuck in the hospital with an open fracture n my leg. I can't believe this is who Chase does business wit. Shame on Chase and shame onEclaimsline.com!!!

I've tried to submit several claims, each with tons of documentation, and they've all been denied for weird reasons - sometimes really just completely incorrect reasons. This provider stinks.

Working with eclaims has been hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had. After an airline carrier canceled all flights for the day out of the city I was in and caused me to miss my next leg the day after, i requested claims reimbursement solely for my lodging and food expense (i paid for a new airline ticket out of pocket). eclaims sought to make this reimbursement process the most convoluted and confusing process I've ever tried to navigate. Their customer service team ignored 5+ emails, their service center would refer me to the same email address (which wasn't responsive), and they were generally rude and unprofessional. The goal here must be to make the process such a headache that you simply give up! Claims process has been ongoing for 4+ months

The absolute worst, will deliberately keep asking you for information you may have already submitted until eventually they deny your claim. Agents on the phone are not equipped. This website is a complete and utter scam.

I can't believe Chase does business what this company. Trip cancellation process was a nightmare. They wouldn't stop asking for more documents, their response time was a complete joke and I was paid less than half of my claim. If you plan to get a Chase Sapphire card, your decision should not be because of their trip cancellation insurance. You would be better off purchasing a separate insurance. It's like they are doing you a favor, they want you to get tired and stop bothering them.
