I have been using Chase Sapphire Credit Card from past 6 years now , this is my first time filing claim , it was very easy and faster than expected. I would definitely recommend Chase Sapphire Credit Card.

Our flight was delayed recently at Dallas due to thunderstorms. We ended up spending two nights at hotel and I submitted claim as I purchased my husband flight with Chase credit card. I submitted the claim form( it was not very friendly form as it has no place for comment) I received an email acknowledging the submission and within two weeks, I received email to get more information. I replied to the email with detailed description of what happened and also all the tickets changes and hotel receipt. Within two weeks another email stating the approval and the direct deposit to my account. Even though the maximum amount was less than what I had paid but since the airline is not responsible for the delay due to weather, it is good to know I received most of my hotel fees back.

My experience was very positive. The car rental agency provided all the required documentation (repair bills, photos) and I submitted the claim online. The funds were paid directly to the rental agency. The process completed in 15 days.

immediate prompt service, needed follow up service and was called and emailed-was apleasure and hassle free

Dealing with insurance companies is rarely a pleasant experience, and although not s super smooth system due to multiple parties involved, it took some time to get it all together. Ultimately, the fact is that once I obtained and uploaded all the documents, it was taken care of without me being involved, and no out-of-pocket expenses were due. That's a win.

Made a claim regarding a trip delay/ reimbursement for expenses. Process was easy. Had my money in my bank account in two weeks or less.

Fast and efficient. The claim was settled in full under 30 days. I was referred to them by my credit card after I made a claim with a credit card for coverage on damage to a rental car. I never sought them out, they contacted me. All went well.

It was seamless and they handled it
