My flight was cancelled and then rescheduled to a connecting flight that required an overnight stay. I had to pay out of pocket for hotel/food expenses. The process was pretty easy and straightforward to file a claim online with Chase. There was a bit of back and forth requesting for additional information, but ultimately the claim was finalized without any need for a live call. My only complaint is that some of the fields were difficult to fill out (e.g. airline) if what you're looking for isn't in the drop-down list.

Very fair to work with! We have had to file two claims over the years and each time the service was professional and satisfactory. The online portal was easy to navigate and track status of my claim!

We rented a condo in the mountains and couldn't get there because of the snowstorm. I-70 was completely closed that day. We missed one night and drove the next day. I requested to be reimbursed for the night we had to miss, and after submitting the receipts and evidence of the highway closure received my money back. Just be patient and responsive, send all the copies, and your trip will be covered. Ours was purchased with Sapphire. I give 4 stars because it took me 4 months in back and forth correspondence, but the bottom line was great.

A good feature was being able to upload documents as they arrived. Explanations from the airline changed, so was glad we could upload this. Good service overall

We submitted a claim to Chase for hail damage to a rental car and the application process was easy. The length of time to get the claim resolved could have been less, like under 60 days. I did have to make several phone calls to get status, make sure they had the documents they needed and to understand the process. Each person I spoke with was very polite and professional. Ultimately, the claim was paid to the Rental agency. I will definitely continue to use our Chase card. Thank you!

The Alternative Claims Management Department with the car rental agency handled all the paperwork and document submission for me after I provided the claim number obtained after filing the claim. A customer service rep with eclaims wasn't aware of this option and wanted me to provide the same documentation. I only found out about the car rental Alternative Claims Management when I called to inquire about obtaining documents. It was a blessing not to have to do any further work after finding out about this. eclaims needs to be more informative about this option which surely happens with many car rental agencies which is why I gave a 4 instead of a 5. eclaims did pay in full.

I got my money back for a cancelled trip due to medical reasons. 1. you must be organized 2. You need adequate proof (medical forms filled, booking reservation, proof of refunds (if any)) 3. circle everything so they don't miss any details

I thought some of the requests for information were unnecessarily burdensome. After all, why do I have to include each and every ********** card statement that was involved (there were quite a few)? Since I'm (I think) dealing with my ********** card company, you have all this information already. Also the initial form was very confusing to deal with since the travel agency I used wasn't included as a possibility. Even more confusing, one of your reps recommended I just put in "Delta" (since only 5 letters) even though I didn't use it to get through the initial form and then change it later. These sort of things shouldn't have been necessarily. In any case, I appreciate the thorough and prompt review of my claim, and of course the approval of it!
