Filed a medical claim and they closed the case before the 180 day mark citing 'multiple missed phone calls' and 'repeated requests'. They closed the case the day they sent me a request for medical records, which was the only outstanding item out ~7-10 I had to submit. I finally received the medical records 7 days later and responded. Since the case was already closed, they never looked at it and 45 days, several emails and 2 phone calls later, I called to find out it was closed. Unclear why they would close a case with outstanding items before the maximum submission period......scam.

Terrible service. Chase Visa markets that you do not to have rental car insurance as Chase will cover the cost of the deductible. What Chase does not say is that they have farmed this out to EClaimsLine and trying to get them to do anything other than send snarky emails is impossible. I have given them all my insurance information 5 times and they still want the same form. It is virtually impossible to actually speak to anyone on the phone. All I get are thinly veiled threats about having to pay the deductible myself. They surround themselves in bureaucratic quicksand hoping to wear you down so you will just go away. I would give them negative stars if I could. Word of advice, pay for the rental car insurance and forget dealing with Chase Visa or EClaimsLine to pay for any deductibles or damages.

So, scheduled a trip to Italy. Day we were to leave flight was canceled due to mechanical issues. Had to spend the night, paid for by airline. However, had about $50 in expenses for the evening, cost to retake the covid test for flight and lost one night of hotel in Europe that was paid for. Claim filed and they were pretty nice about it but ended up rejecting the whole thing. Claimed they were not responsible to reimburse for the night lodging lost in Europe because it had been prepaid. What? How would you ever collect then. You can't pay for the room when you get there because you didn't get there!!!! Most hotels charge you for the night if you don't show up at a certain time. I thought this was a nobrainer but not only did they not reimburse the night for "trip delay" which was covered in the policy, but they didn't even pay for the meal that night where we had to stay. This is the biggest ripoff I have ever seen. I have the Bank of America Premier VISA that I thought had pretty good benefits. Not sure I will keep that card anymore.

It’s actually worse than the worst review. If you value your time, sanity and life - move on and do not even attempt to deal with a purchase protection claim. Read the review of the employee who worked here and that will give you the inside.

this service is absolutely horrendous. i filed a claim august 10th for lost expenses for lodging due to a death in my family. I have been sending and resending the same documents with still no satisfaction. it feels like a total run around. it’s hard to imagine chase sapphire would allow this kind of treatment to their customers. i realize this is a contacted company who does their auditing and scrutinizing, what a waste this company is.

This company is a scam. They state clearly on their website that meals are covered from a trip. I submitted receipts and they refuse to reimburse me.

I have tried for over an hour to file a claim due to Hurricane Ida by online, phone and back to online,,,Impossible. Hyatt apparently is behind this lack of good customer service hiding behind this company and.or website. It's a shame....

They keep asking for the same documents OVER and OVER and OVER. The 2nd and 3rd time you're very suspicious it is being done on purpose to delay the process - by the 4th time it is painfully obvious that they just want you to get annoyed and give up. I am exceedingly annoyed that Chase uses this company - makes me want to move all of my cards, accounts, and investments to another company.
