Ecalims Line is a predatory insurance provider. Filed a claim for my stolen device. Made me go in circles. They keep finding ways to delay, reject and close claim without providing necessary information on how to and what documents are required to begin with. Their whole business agenda is to wear out the customer's patience and time following up on the claim. $37 million in revue from unethical business model. Can't understand why Chase is using their service. Closing Chase account just because of this benefit provider. Wasted my time and patience for a $500 claim and didn't even get approved. Can't fathom facing them for a major claim.

My case that is related a trip cancellation is still pending after 6 months since it has been filed. Slow reviewing process and constant back and forth on additional documents that prove no credits or refunds were issued from the hotels, even though we have sent them the email responses directly from the hotels confirming no refund was issued. We called the insurance people many times to follow-up and they kept saying the claim examiner will review this in a week, and many weeks passed with no updates. The insurance agent even claimed one of the hotels provided future credits but when we emailed the hotel to verify, the hotel manager confirmed multiple times no refund nor credits were issued. This whole process is very time consuming and frustrating.

I have a very simple claim and I've been given the run-around for 4 months now. I've submitted the documentation 4 times now (10+ documents) and spoken with an agent 3 times. Their website doesn't always work, and the phone connection to their agents is horrible quality, and they take weeks to review what you send them. Things that I discuss with the agents never seen to stick, and they don't let you speak with the actual claims processor. I've wasted so much time on this, I'm starting to think they internally have quotas on how many claims they try to deny or delay till the customer gets frustrated enough to give up.

not sure how chase is using them as their 3rd party for insurence claim. It is a hoax, web site does not work and chase is of no help. Terrible Service.

I would honestly love to know how this company, and the credit cards that have enlisted their services, haven't been nailed with some kind of lawsuit for false advertising, fraud, etc. I'm now 50 days in to their "5 day" response. I will say that at least I have had contact with them in those 50 days, but my initial documentation was not reviewed for several weeks until I followed up with them. After that, I've had numerous request for information that has already been provided, requests that are unintelligible due to poor wording of their representatives, and requests for things that aren't relevant at all. This "service" offered by the credit card companies is an absolute scam. Good luck to anyone that has the misfortune of dealing with them.

what a joke- I provided all the documentation and finally they said it wasnt covered even if the credit card terms clearly state that it is covered. I do not recommend wasting your time.

The worst claimed experience I ever had,and so disappointed with their terrible customer service.

What can I say other than all the bad reviews here are 100% spot on. Almost to the day one year after my claim they say they need proof that the car rental was charged to the credit card in question. No kidding? How did it take a year to figure out that they needed that? Delay tactic after delay tactic. Always need another document. Total BS.
