This is the worst company ever

my rental car window was broken by thief I submitted night I got broke in 3/11/22 - they have beeen asking declear page of MY INSURENCE EVEN one of car I sold WAY BEFORE I WENT TRIP. rental car ( herz and doller )company could not wait their pay out they sent me COLLECTION NOTICE LETTER " ???? -so had to pay them my Credit card first . eclaims most UNHELPFUL and RIDUCULOUS insurence company nothing but aggrivation I having mental break down because I SEND 100'S DOCUMENTS AND 100'S CALLES . VISA COMPANY NEED TO CHANGE PROTECTION /INSURENCE COMPANY .ASAP . THEY ARE PRETTY BAD . TRY TO NOT PAY $250- EVEN THEY HARASSING ME FOR MORE AND MORE AND MORE DOCUMENT THAT UNNECESSARY DOCUMENTS. I AM STILL WAITING ANSWER ITS IS 8/5 TODAY . VERY VERY BAD COMPANY THEY TRAINING TRY TO ' NOT PAY TO VICTIMS "

HORRIBLE service. Their website crashed when I try to submit my claim. I called the 866# twice and twice I was put on hold for more than 30 minutes. I just hung up. Horrible decision of CHASE to use them. Its a fraud.

Just like in the other reviews I see here, this company waited weeks to respond to each of my submissions, saying that I needed to submit information that I had already provided with no explanation as to why the well-labeled, accurate data was insufficient. I also spent hours on the phone with them, waiting interminably on hold only to go in circles; once, the phone rep just hung up. I'm thankful that the reviews on this site let me know to quit trying to work with them so that they don't also continue to steal my time.

Absolutely thieves They will never pay your claims. Complain as much as you want, and submit as many documents as you want. They will thieve you in the end. Never get a chase card. All they do is lie.

they don't pay claims!

They gave me the run around for a claim that I submitted the same month the incident happened. It has now been 11 months and my claim still has not been paid out. Avoid this company like the plague and report them to the Virginia State corporation commission (they govern insurance companies & the company is based in Richmond, VA) at 1-877-310-6560 or online. Make sure you type up everything that happened and how they spun you in circles and save a copy of the document, emails, etc.

I wish you had a minus star. I'm 74 years old and have been handling these kinds of problems all my life. Never have I dealt with one I couldn't resolve eventually. Now that I've read the other reviews, I'm afraid I'm going to have to eat this $2000 claim. BEWARE!!!!
