A Fraud and a Scam - They Harass YOU and then deny you claim.
Due to bad weather, my original itinerary could not be followed, and we had to return to port and stay overnight in Maui's protective cove to ensure our safety on the way back. As a result, the cruise had to be canceled for 2.5 days, and we missed visiting the island of Kauai. Despite providing over 15 pieces of documentation, including our boarding passes, which were not issued by NCL, I was made to jump through hoops to prove that we were on the ship and that I had used 500k reward points to pay for the cruise. It came as a surprise to me when I was told that only 20% of the cruise was not canceled. NCL confirmed that this was not the case, and I provided this information in December. I have been dealing with this issue for seven months now and have furnished all the proof and documentation required to approve my claim. This has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration. I am being harassed by Eclaims and Card Benefit Services! It's a scam and a fraud! Chase should be ashamed to be associated with such a company. I have informed the Better Business Bureau and Chase Ultimate Rewards about this situation.
